How to Arrange Counselling

PLEASE NOTE : I am on a practice break and am therefore not seeing clients at the moment.

Please check back in Spring 2024.

How to arrange counselling.

I cover the Berkshire/North Hampshire borders so to arrange an individual appointment please call the number shown or email me.

If contacting me by phone please do leave your name and number if you reach an answer phone and I will call you back as soon as I can.

If contacting me by email,  I will reply to your email as soon as possible.

Once we speak in person we can set up a time to meet for a mutual assessment session.

I can offer counselling over Skype or face to face using an Integrative counselling approach including CBT.

I charge £50 for a one hour session and require 24 hours notice of a cancellation either by you or me - we can rearrange a new date as needed.

The session is set aside for YOU.
